What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine or e-visits are an exciting new method for Modern Medical Practice to provide care to our patients outside the office setting. Telemedicine is a mobile app that lets physicians treat their patients remotely via video-chat using a laptop, desktop, or Smartphone. This is a legal visit and it becomes a part of your record.

Telemedicine allows for flexible scheduling and provides care to patients from the comfort of their home, expedited, timely sick visits, and quicker entry into the healthcare system for any medical problem.

We offer telemedicine services to our patients and to new patients who will become patients of our practice. A new telemedicine patient will have an in office follow up visit with us. We are proud to announce that we will offer e-visits at specially discounted rates for our established patients.

Telemedicine offer easier contact with the doctor at times when in office visits are not possible. We offer telemedicine services for a limited set of conditions: skin rashes, common colds, allergies, urinary tract infections, certain medications refills, or discussion of lab results.

E enhanced physical $125.00

All other e-visits $75.00

At this time we do not submit e visits to medical insurances and patients will sign a claim insurance submission waiver. Payment method is secure and via credit card and it is verified before the e-visit starts.
